Thoughtful guidelines that help us deliver a relaxing, consistent experience for every guest.
Appointments
We welcome both walk-ins and reservations. Booking in advance is highly recommended, especially on weekends, to ensure your preferred time and technician.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or kind rescheduling to better serve all guests.
Cancellations
Plans change — we understand. Kindly give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the time to another guest.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 3 days and we will be happy to make it right at no additional charge.
Children & Guests
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. For everyone's relaxation, we ask that little ones be supervised throughout their visit.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are available in-salon and online. Promotions cannot be combined and gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.
